Refund Policy

All purchases made through our website or physical location are considered final and strictly non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or cashback under any circumstances once a transaction has been completed. Customers are strongly advised to review product descriptions, sizing details, and order information carefully before confirming any purchase. Exchange requests may be accepted within a period of up to three (3) weeks from the original date of purchase, provided that the item remains unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact. Any product showing signs of wear, usage, alteration, or damage caused by the customer shall not qualify for exchange. In the case of manufacturing defects, pants are covered by a limited repair warranty of two (2) months from the date of purchase, subject to inspection and approval. Claims regarding damaged products will only be considered if the item has not been worn or used. We reserve the sole and absolute discretion to determine eligibility for exchange or warranty service.
