Exchange requests may be accepted within a period of up to three (3) weeks from the original date of purchase, provided that the item remains unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact. Any product showing signs of wear, usage, alteration, or damage caused by the customer shall not qualify for exchange. In the case of manufacturing defects, pants are covered by a limited repair warranty of two (2) months from the date of purchase, subject to inspection and approval.
