All purchases made through our website or physical store are final and strictly non-refundable, and no refunds or cashback shall be provided under any circumstances once a transaction has been completed. Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, sizing details, and order information prior to confirming any purchase. Exchange requests may be considered within twenty-one (21) days from the original date of purchase, provided the item is returned unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original tags, packaging, and valid proof of purchase. Any product showing signs of wear, alteration, damage due to misuse, improper handling, or washing shall not qualify for exchange. Claims for damaged items will only be evaluated if the product has not been worn or used and remains in the same condition as delivered. Pants are covered by a limited repair warranty of two (2) months from the purchase date, strictly for manufacturing defects and not for normal wear and tear or external damage. All exchanges are subject to product availability, and delivery or shipping charges related to exchanges may be borne by the customer unless otherwise determined.
