Shipping Policy

Orders are processed promptly after confirmation and are dispatched through designated delivery partners to the address provided at checkout. Standard delivery within the valley will be completed within three (3) days from the date of order confirmation, subject to operational conditions. Delivery charges may apply depending on the customer’s location and will vary according to distance and logistical requirements. Deliveries outside the valley may require additional time depending on destination, accessibility, transportation schedules, and other external factors beyond our direct control. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed, and delays caused by courier services, natural events, or inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer shall not result in liability on our part. Responsibility for the product transfers upon successful handover to the delivery service provider.
